B&E @ Still Hill Brewery
Jul 22 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Come see B&E take our acoustic set back down to the Still Hill Brewery. Great tunes, phenomenal brews, and great people, you gotta be there!!!!

Hailing from Manchester, Ct, B&E are a new acoustic duo that will be shaking things up a bit here on the music scene in New England. Performing as one half of the Mighty

Magnesium Jake, Brian and Eric got a good 12 years of experience playing professionally all over New England. The idea was simple, play great music that people want to hear, but simply other bands do not play. That same philosophy now holds true for B&E acoustically.

Now as B&E, the boys are taking what they learned and performing in a much more intimate setting for the audience. You’ll see them playing anything from Tom Petty and the Beatles, to the Foo Fighters, and all points in between!

Madeleine

“The talent pool seems of endless depth when it comes to the famed music city of Nashville. Madeleine reels me in with some endearing indie pop and enchanting indietronica with Tantrum, a lovely cut off her full length album Postcards. The earthy shimmering beauty is by far no angry tantrum. Instead, it’s an ethereal soothing, halcyon dreamy gem much sincere and gracefully emotive. Its wispy cool mistiness draws me into a sublime reverie, one fitting of the warm Indian summer afternoon we’re having on this glorious Labor Day Weekend here in the U.S. Madeleine’s album Postcards is available from iTunes.

– I Heart Moosiq

Independent artist Madeleine (pronounced MAD-len) is a singer-songwriter based out of Nashville, TNMadeleine and band. Original and fearless, her poise and confidence on stage is more associated with veterans who have decades of experience.

Not one to sit idly by, the Connecticut native balances writing and recording while attending university full time.  She performs at many local venues, recently completed a summer tour spanning from Tennessee to Connecticut and back, and was a headliner at Riverfest in Clarksville, TN.

Her debut LP “Postcards” was recorded in a small home studio where she had a hand in writing, playing, producing and engineering the album.

“Postcards” was released on May 6th 2016.

Drew Angus @ Still Hill Brewery
Aug 5 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

A promising young voice in songwriting, Drew Angus is just the kind of new blood that makes pop music so enduring. With indelible hooks, and savvy craftsmanship, and city informed lyrics, he brings a certain verve to his work that has resonated with audiences and fellow performers alike. His work ethic and effortless appeal have led him down some pretty amazing paths. He has had the opportunity to sing with Anders Osborne, Marc Broussard, Nakia from Season 1 of the Voice, and with Blondie Chaplin and Ivan Neville on a record produced by the legendary Rob Fraboni (Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, and more). His 2013 single Something Crazy, produced by Joe Vulpis(Lady GaGa) made it to #30 on the iTunes Singles charts. He was a finalist on Community Auditions (one of America’s longest running talent competitions), and is currently in the studio crafting a series of singles with which he hopes to cast his net even wider.

Drew has maintained a tireless writing and performing regimen since deciding to pursue music full time in January of 2012. For the past three years he has been playing out several nights a week, clocking 100+ performances a year at venues like Rockwood Music Hall, Brooklyn Night Bazaar, The Bitter End as well as festivals like SXSW, NXNE, and more on the strength of his early demo’s. He even made a surprise appearance on a Southwest Airlines flight, and sang his way into the top 10 in Empire City Casino’s Lucky Break singing contest. The hard work has paid off; In 2016 Drew was a finalist on The Farewell Season of American Idol. With his star so clearly on the rise, Drew Angus has established himself as a talent to watch.
